ChaosGroup en profite également pour revoir entièrement le pricing des produis VRay. La grande nouveauté est l’introduction des licences Workstation et RenderNode. Il est important de noter que le ticket d’entrée a baissé.Licence Workstation (WS)
Les licences WS sont faite pour l’utilisateur, elle est composé d’une interface graphique GUI (en gros 3dsMax) ainsi qu’une licence RN (sur la même machine) puisque les WS peuvent passer en mode rendu quand vous ne travaillez plus sur la machine.Licence Render Node(RN)
Les licences RN sont des licences dédie au machine de rendu qui ne font donc que du VRay Distributed Rendering ou du rendu réseau, par exemple avec BackBurner.
