Repair Windows 10 without formatting
Windows repair options have not always been easy to implement. This has improved over previous Windows and more with Windows 10 it is easy to repair without formatting. In Microsoft parlance, this is called "Refresh without affecting your files."
If the repair we will follow here actually not affect personal files, it removes the software installed by the user (not applications). If repair through SFC / Scannow did not work, however, is a good way to start on a stable system.
As before any operation, make sure you have a backup of your personal files (photos, documents etc ...) on an external drive before starting to repair Windows 10. If everything is ready, go in the settings:

Once you have taken the necessary precautions click "Next" and then "Update":
Your PC and performs several operations that resemble a simplified installation of Windows (without drive selection, licensing etc ...). The next time you find on the desktop a file to open with Internet explorer that lists all programs that have been deleted.
This file will serve as a memo if you want to reinstall the software you had before.
